Zachary Suchanek
President & Founder | CEM, BREEAM AP
Zachary is a deeply passionate advocate for business-friendly solutions that mitigate the intensity and consequences of global climate change.
He previously served as a Senior Energy and Sustainability Manager for a Seattle-based construction cost management firm.
He holds a B.S. in Environmental Engineering from California Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo.
Dennis Johnston
Director of Business Operations | Co-Founder
Dennis is an accomplished Professional Engineer, BREEAM Assessor, and construction manager with demonstrated success across the public and private sectors.
He has overseen construction of multimillion-dollar renovations at Seattle Children’s Hospital and served as a technical expert on several infrastructure projects for King County Solid Waste. Previously, he worked in structural engineering designing residential and commercial buildings in Sonoma County, California.
He is a licensed Professional Engineer in California, and holds a B.S. in Architectural Engineering from California Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo.
Jake Roach
Director of Marketing & Strategy | Co-Founder
Jake drives our team to align on strategy, procedure, messaging, and branding while challenging our team’s assumptions and integrating perspectives from diverse subject matter experts.
This varied role plays to his unique background. Jake owns and has founded two small businesses: a niche web design and marketing firm and an e-learning platform, which he has led for nearly a decade. He is also a Captain and Instructor for a major U.S. airline, roles that demand skills critical in business leadership, including procedural discipline, effective communication, time-limited decision-making, and risk mitigation.
